CampDesuKan and the Staff Potluck are BOTH happening this year over the same weekend. That gives two options to hang out with your fellow staffers at beautiful Cherry Creek State park.
Camping will be from noon on Friday the 22nd through noon on Sunday the 24th. RMAA will be paying for the group of campsites at Cherry Creek State Park, and we just ask everyone to bring themselves, their camping gear, and their food for the weekend. We’ll be having a campfire Saturday night with the Board providing snacks. Limited campsites are available, so be sure to reserve your spot early! using the form below.
Also: this is NOT intense (aka “REAL”) camping; we are not in the wilderness here. There is plenty of cell coverage and WiFi in the park. There is a Taco Bell about 3 minutes from the campsite, should you need a midnight taco fix.
The Staff Potluck will be directly following CampDesuKan on Sunday the 24th at the Smoky Hill shelter in Cherry Creek State park at 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Bring a dish and some drinks to share with your fellow staffers. We are going for a more casual hangout type experience this year, and the Board will not be providing hot dogs or hamburgers as we have in the past.
